Four Words That Repeat in Our Reviews
Punctuality
"Showed up on time." "Arrived early." "Prompt." It comes up in nearly every review, and it's the operational thing we work hardest at.
Communication
Appointments confirmed by text and email, and a heads-up when the plumber is on the way. Customers mention this specifically.
Clean work
"Area was clean when they finished." Drop cloths down, everything wiped, old equipment hauled away.
Honesty
"Honest, trustworthy, outstanding work." Several reviews mention us catching and fixing things the homeowner didn't know about.
In their words
Every Written Review, Verbatim
Reviews without written text still count toward our Google total — they cover water heater installs, sump pump repairs, leak detection, faucet and toilet work.
“The communication with All Pro was top notch. Appointment was verified via text and email and I was notified when plumbers were on their way. Both were very professional and informative. Problem was discovered and fixed. Area was clean when they finished. I definitely recommend and will utilize their services again if needed.”
“Craig came and repaired a toilet leak in my Momma's house. The bolts in the tank were old and rusty and had caused a leak. While doing so he noticed the flapper seal wasn't sufficient and replaced that at the same time. Thought we had issues with a second toilet but Craig checked over before leaving and all was fine with that one. Very efficient and pleased. Will definitely call on them again if the need arises.”
“Great work today Jason! Thank you for being so prompt, friendly and doing such a good job! We are so thankful to have all of our leaky toilets fixed!”
“Jason was awesome! He showed up on time, was very professional and got the job done! Highly recommend using him & his team!”
“The guys fixed a leaky kitchen drain that had been installed incorrectly and redid the sink plumbing to reduce the chance of any other leaks. Fantastic service and I highly recommend them!”
“Arrived early. Wonderful guys. Installed the equipment very quickly. Very friendly and arrived professionally dressed.”
“All Pro Plumbing was very prompt and professional. I highly recommend them for any job big or small.”
“Showed up on time. Quick installation. Will definitely use again.”

The work behind the ratings
What These Customers Actually Called Us For
Reviews are more useful when you can see the job. Every entry below is drawn from the service tags on our Google profile and the reviewers' own descriptions.
Toilet repair and installation
The most-named job across our reviews. Susan describes rusty tank bolts causing a leak, with a marginal flapper caught and replaced in the same visit — and a second toilet checked over before we left.
Leak detection and repair
Named by five reviewers. Keith's review describes us fixing the leak he called about plus other things he was not aware of, which is the part of the job that does not show up on an invoice.
Faucet, sink and fixture installation
Annie describes a leaky kitchen drain that had been installed incorrectly — we redid the sink plumbing rather than patching the joint, specifically to reduce the chance of further leaks.
Water heater repair and installation
Named in both written and star-only reviews, covering repairs, tank installations and water tank replacement across the Fredericksburg area.
Garbage disposal installation
Erica's review pairs disposal installation with toilet repair in a single visit, and specifically mentions the area being clean when we finished.
Sump pump repair
Named in the star-only reviews on our profile — the appliance that only matters on the worst day of the year.
Straight talk
How to Read a Plumber's Reviews
We have 26 reviews. Some companies in this market have several hundred, and we are not going to pretend that is not a real signal — a long track record with consistent ratings tells you something.
What a raw count does not tell you is whether the same people did the work, whether the reviews describe the job you need, or how recent they are. Read for specifics instead: does the reviewer name the technician? Do they describe what was found versus what was fixed? Does more than one mention the same behaviour?
On ours, the repeated words are prompt, professional, and — unusually often — that the area was clean when we finished. Two reviews name Craig, two name Jason. Several describe us finding and fixing something they had not called about. That consistency is the thing worth weighing, not the total.
We also do not run a review-gating funnel, buy reviews, or embed a filtered widget that hides anything below five stars. What is on our Google profile is what is on this page.
Beyond reviews — check these too
Reviews are one signal. Before you let anyone into your house, these are worth thirty seconds each.
Ask for the licence number
Any legitimate Virginia plumber hands it over without hesitation, and you can verify it through the DPOR public lookup before they arrive.
Ask whether the permit is included
On water heaters, gas lines, sewer work and repiping it should be a line item on the estimate. Skipping it saves a small fee now and creates a problem at resale.
Ask for the estimate in writing before work starts
Itemized, not a single number. If a company will not produce one, that tells you what the invoice is going to look like.
Ask who is actually coming
Own employee or subcontractor. On an emergency call at 2 a.m. that difference decides whether the person at your door can handle what they find.
Ask what happens if it is not right
A workmanship guarantee should have terms you can read at the time of service, not a phrase on a website.
